The client was encountering 800 customer service tickets a week, without the resources to serve them in a timely manner. The average response time was 3 days, which is abysmal for hospitality.

Solution

We built an Ai Agent that integrated directly into their internal platform via n8n. This agent was able to make decisions and action on the resolution to close tickets without human intervention. It communicates with properties and creates tasks for humans to do in the real world.

Results

This solution reduced their response time to minutes, and removed the burden from their small customer service and engineering teams.

Solution

We built a system in n8n that extracted data from prospect-provided documents. This augmented the analyst's output where he could go from 5 deals a week to 50 deals a week.
